All Sales Final

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. To assist you, we may request photos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at admin@creativerh.com within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.
